Wellbeing Wednesdays
Our Wellbeing Wednesdays are continuing to prove popular, especially our crafts days.
Last month, the team went to Pot en Ciel Ceramics in Wellingborough where attendees were able to paint their own mug to take home.
Also known as a ceramic painting café, they provide a relaxing, creative and supportive environment where people of all ages and artistic abilities can paint unique pieces of ceramics.
As you can see some great pieces were produced.
In August, the team will be at the following:
- Wednesday 9th August – Mosaic Workshop @ The Galleria, Burton Latimer, NN15 5RH
- Wednesday 16th August – Wellbeing Walk @ Stanwick Lakes, NN9 6GY
- Wednesday 23rd August – Coffee & Catch Up @ Bunty's Tearoom, Burton Latimer, NN15 5SH

Ripplefest
The team will be attending Ripplefest in Hampshire on Saturday 12th August.
The family friendly festival, which has been put together by Josh Hendy’s family and friends, will be a ‘wonderful celebration of life’ and a ‘beautiful tribute’ to Josh, who died by suicide at the age of 21 on 25th November 2020.
Packed with mindfulness tents, significant mental health charity presence, live music and DJ sets, the event will shine a light on mental health and suicide prevention.
Not only will we be holding a pop-up stall, we will also be speaking on the main stage to promote Kelly’s Heroes and the services we offer.
If you would like to come along and show your support, you can book your ticket here: https://bit.ly/3DlaX8q
